Very nice staff and check in process was very good I would recommend this office to anyone who needed to see a doctor

I woke up my son wasn’t feeling well, I walked in and was ask to book appt online and in min I was seen.

I didn't make an appointment and was able to walk in and be seen with no waiting

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Great staff n doctors willing to help n assist in getting us back to good health !

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

Needed to get a covid test so I called but the message said to go on line. I did and it was easy. At check-in I was asked to finish on my phone. I wasn't feeling good and was waiting for a code when the man said do it on paper instead. It was a lot when feeling bad and I should have just insisted on doing it on the phone. I finally got in and had the test done and was told it takes 10 minutes for results. After 15 minutes passed I waved to the man who said let me look. It was done and nobody checked. The bathroom was out of order although they let me use another. The people seemed nice but I just didn't get a great feeling about the place. I can't recommend them but I won't discourage others who may have a better visit.

I had a severe case of poison ivy and needed help. The check-in was quick and The staff was very understanding and I am very satisfied with my results.

Lauren, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed my needs a great asset to Hartford healthcare
