Lady staff was very helpful and kind however i was charged more than the care and service that i received in that 1 visit . Tried calling the billing office and got a voicemail and never got a call back.

Multiple issues addressed thoroughly. Great staff. No wait. Further follow up. Highly impressed.

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

Easy to make an appointment and seen as scheduled.  What one expects when seeking medical care. I rescind my original comments.  I called the office and left a message to question if I needed a refill on prescription or come in.  No response!  Follow up care is poor.

Easy check in. Short wait on the weekend. Staffs are very friendly. Doctors are professional.

The staff at Stat-Med is exceptional ! Friendly, knowledgeable , prompt ! Easy to schedule and check-in ! Debra , PA , was fantastic ! So thorough and caring- wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend Stat Med Urgent Care !

Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up

The staff were exceptionally kind and respectful. I expected a frazzled front desk experience, but the person was superb!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
