I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January 21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. Dr Parsa & his team of angels are a God send for hard working people on a budget or uninsured, in my case both. I had a horrible painful rash of blisters pop up out of nowhere, St Vincent emergency room sent me away with a $330 bill & a misdiagnosis of poison oak.
