Came in today for dizziness, neck/ shoulder pain face  has redness and eyes too were red  Upon checking in receptionist was friendly and kind Back staff with doctor were so great and friendly too   ❤️I recommend

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

I was a walk in. So it was a 1 1/2 hour if waiting time .. and all the staff was nice and friendly and so Respectful .. and it was a great experience today.

Doctor Kasey was lovely. So caring and really listened to me.

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

Also drove from UP, since that office was too busy and they reschedules to you. Glad I was denined my request for an antibiodic. Would recommend, thanks again!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
