          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

          The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.

          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process.           Was pretty sure I had a UTI. All staff was friendly and professional and caring. The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. Don’t remember his name, but if I ever have to go to the clinic again, I would love to have him as the attending again!  Wouls definitely recommend this provider!

          This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.
