I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I was in and out within less than 30 minutes and even got my test results in a timely manner. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful and Ms. Leslie was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend tho urgent care to anyone.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.
