          My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made.           Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made

          The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
