Went in because I had debris stuck in my eye and a possible scratched cornea, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me and keep me comfortable, when they realized the equipment wasn’t available at the location I was in, they were kind enough to help me schedule an appointment at a different location. When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
