          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much itā€™s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          It was easy to schedule an appointment at this urgent care, they had availability and the location was accessible and convenient. It did not take long for me to be seen by the medical assistant and then the doctor. The doctor and staff were friendly, and I was able to have a prescription sent in right after the appointment to help my condition. I do recommend this clinic.

          I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testingĀ  I was called in and quickly given all testsĀ  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called
