From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
