The receptionist and nurse were phenomenal. If I could give them 5 stars I would. The NP (whose name I can’t remember at the moment, maybe Maryann?) was friendly and kind. But I did not leave the appointment feeling confident. I truly felt like antibiotics were prescribed just to “check off a box” and not actually solve the problem, because she was unsure of what the rash or bumps on the skin were from. Originally the ears looked great, but after not being able to diagnose the skin condition, the cough, or the congestion, she took a look at the ears and decided one “might” be a little red. She also left the room without saying goodbye and giving results from swabs, so I had no idea the appointment was even over. I thought she left to check on them and would come back to let me know. I was waiting in the room for her to come back and finish. I’m not one to take antibiotics just for the sake of it, or as she put it “give it a try,” so we did not end up picking them up. I don’t normally use urgent care but the pediatricians office was closed and I was worried it would be a rough night and thought it would be best to get checked out. Waste of time and money. Will be seeing regular doctor in the morning.

Wait time was minimal. Staff was pleasant and the pa was great

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
