          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

          Booking was easy but I wasn’t seen for about 45 minutes after appointment time. The waiting room was empty with the exception of only 1 other person waiting, the receptionist was mostly there but couldn’t be seen from the waiting room Odd. The doctor on duty was attentive, perceptive, referred me for testing. And called me the next day to make sure I received the right care. Impressive!

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Everyone was very nice. I needed to get my ears cleaned out and the process was very painful. I've had it done before at different facilities and it was a much better experience. I mentioned that it hurt but she kept going. Yes, my ears got cleaned out in the end but it could have been a better experience.

          Denise and her associates were very professional and very friendly, explained everything clearly and answered every question I had. Even though I was in pain they made my check in very fast and smoothly. Five stars for this place. Keep up on the good work. Awesome staff!!
