Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention.
