Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.
