Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

I had a bad cough and tried to get an appointment with my doctor and it was impossible.  My next door neighbor suggested you  and wow I am so glad.  Thank you

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I made an appointment late the evening before. Was able to get a first appointment on the following day.  Staff was great. I left feeling confident I was going to be feeling better. I should have requested an antibiotic and steroid. The steroid I was given help with my symptoms immediately however it was o my 3 days worth of meds. Currently all symptoms have returned worse than before. This is not something that I consider an issue with the provider just the circumstances I am in.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . My Md literally can see my pain and help with the process of healing immediately! Im a few hours I was up dancing literally feeling better…Thank you Again!!!!! Provider highly recommended…

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.
