There was only one doctor on staff and that caused the long wait.

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

This place was clean and the doctors and nurses were very helpful and nice and friendly

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!
