Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.
