He came into the room without even looking at my hand and wrist and said I was good to go. After telling him my pain was a 10/10 and that it felt like something in my hand was popping, he then still showed disrespect and treated me as if I was nothing. I recently went to this facility for extreme arm and shoulder pain after suffering a fall. I was greeted by three very nice girls at the front desk. The nurse I saw, Carol was so very nice and caring and put me at ease instantly. She also helped me put my coat on when I was leaving knowing my arm was so sore. I had x-rays and the technician, Sandy was great. Dr. Syed was the doctor whom I saw and he was wonderful. I can not say enough good things about this facility. I am so thankful this wonderful facility is in my neighborhood.
