I found this location (Winter Garden) and the staff was so accommodating, kind and simply the best (5 star from the reception desk, to the nurses and doctor). I expected to wait, it was New Years Eve day. Check in was quick and the desk staff are very cordial and helpful. Once I was called in to be seen, all went quickly & smoothly. The respiratory & xray techs were friendly and showed compassion. The star of the day was my PA. Alisha Dotson! She was so sweet, a good listener, very knowledgeable and took her time with me. She explained everything in great detail, and when I was discharged , I felt that I was in good hands. To my surprise, she actually called me twice to check up on me, the first call being New Years Eve Day!!! I have never encountered such dedication at an urgent care facility. I highly recommended Quick Care Med!!!
