I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10
