The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

I was very happy with the staff, they were very professional and attentive. However the on line doctor did not react to my needs. She was professional but wouldn’t prescribe what I needed for my extreme back pain and left without any help! Today I can barely walk!!

I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

I will never come back. Tara the person that saw me did not know what meds could be prescribed. I came in w a mouth ulcer and she told me that naltrexone would not work also I asked for a cream and she said there wasn’t any kind of cream.   I went to my primary. She gave me valtrex and a cream for my tongue.  She gave me something Tara that my ENT had given me  maybe you should hire someone w the correct credentials to work in your urgent care. Someone that is knowlegable to all different types of medical problems. I wasted 35$ to see an unqualified person.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.
