I had a severe case of poison ivy and needed help. The check-in was quick and The staff was very understanding and I am very satisfied with my results.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. Lots of locations. I’m glad I was willing to travel 30 minutes because I really wanted to see a Doctor today.  Many locations I was not aware of..   East Patchogue wait wasn’t long and Doctor was very nice.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

Wen to get my immigration medical done and they staff was super friendly and kind .customer service all round was excellent. Place was clean and tidy might consider using them for my primary care

I was very happy with the staff, they were very professional and attentive. However the on line doctor did not react to my needs. She was professional but wouldn’t prescribe what I needed for my extreme back pain and left without any help! Today I can barely walk!!

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.
