Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. I’ve been going to this place for 3 years and they have gone through changes. I always thought the staff was slow at getting back to Walmart pharmacy in Coventry, r.i. But it was the pharmacy if they don’t talk to someone from the doctor’s office they will not give you your refillable pills. I have gone without my pills for a month because of this. I went to Walgreens and had no trouble at all. I love the staff. They are very caring and attentive.
