I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

The staff were so attentive, very kind and helpful. The office was very clean and the wait was very short. I would recommend this urgent care. Had a very good experience.

Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.

Literally the best was in and out within 10 minutes big love to the PCC’s MA’s the manager and the provider and the scribe. ❤️

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Came in for stitches in leg and was bleeding pretty bad. They made time to see me quickly and the provider was excellent. She explained the procedure and was awesome at stitching without pain and describing after-care. Home run today at this location.

The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking prompt medical attention, confident that they will leave feeling satisfied and well cared for.
