The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

I was very happy with the staff, they were very professional and attentive. However the on line doctor did not react to my needs. She was professional but wouldn’t prescribe what I needed for my extreme back pain and left without any help! Today I can barely walk!!

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

All the staff was ery attentive and efficient. I was in and out on a Holiday!

Walked in and explained my medical concern. They where very friendly and quickly texted a check in list to my phone. I completed the check in and 15 or so minutes later I was called in for my preliminary assessment. A short time later the practitioner came in to see me. The whole process was quick and efficient.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.
