Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.
