I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I came in today for an allergic reaction. The office staff were super attentive and ensured the check in process would be completed before they called me in. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area!

I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. Had a pain in upper left thigh and went to  Urgent Care facility in Granada Hills, CA Was examined by Dr. Stanley Azen, MD who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, provided care instructions and prescribed short term medication. The medical care provided was very good, professional and a pleasurable experience.

I was able to get an appointment right away.  It was very to schedule.  The staff was very nice & the Dr was great at explaining my options.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.
