I have had many accidents in my life. Been to the ER more than a dozen times for a variety of mishaps, mistakes, and missteps that required medical care and stitches. Never have I experienced the care and kindness I have ever received from any medical care facility as I did by going to South Bay Urgent Care. I hate going to hospitals and try to avoid going at all cost. Unfortunately I sliced one of my fingers half way through and needed stitches. I feel fortunate and lucky enough to have had Isaac Ortega-Endahl, PA-C sew my finger back together. The man has amazing skill sets and should be a surgeon. Thank you Dr. Issac. I truly appreciate your kindness. I didn't realize that I got there close to their closing time and feel grateful to your entire staff that took care of me that night. After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
