Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
