Had a pain in upper left thigh and went to  Urgent Care facility in Granada Hills, CA Was examined by Dr. Stanley Azen, MD who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, provided care instructions and prescribed short term medication. The medical care provided was very good, professional and a pleasurable experience.

Great choice they get things done, staff was great The Doctor was great took all the time to explain things. Very satisfied.

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get in. But worth the wait ! They are busy but once you are in to see the doctor they are kind, patient and thorough.  Communication is very good . I can’t get into my primary care for 2-3 weeks. So this is very good

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
