Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.

I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious.
