Had a neck muscle strain for 4 days. Started as a crick in my neck. I tried every homeopathic option. Couldn’t take the pain anymore. Made the appt that afternoon. Wait time about 20 minutes for triage and another 20 for NP. Bedside manner was superb! Gave IM injections and RX. I would recommend this urgent care!

Other than having gout the visit was very good.Staff and Dr. was great.

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Had been sick all day and felt horrible, but it was one of those long days at work that you can’t miss. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed nervous that I wouldn’t be seen or they’d be upset about it. It was quite the opposite. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even had to stay a little late to finish up my visit, but nobody seemed to mind, and all cared more that I would feel better soon than the inconvenience I caused them. It was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back when life calls next time.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
