Book an STD Test in Mount Vernon, VA

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

Fast service considering it was a Friday evening. Was in and out in an hour  Front desk, and patient care was decent. No complaints.

I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.

It was a pleasant experience, outstanding care and friendliness staff! Will come back for sure 😊

There was only one doctor on staff and that caused the long wait.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.
