The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Yuni is wonderful. She always takes great care of my wife and me. The entire staff if great. Very nice people.

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!
