This location does not give adult RSV tests. That is ridiculous! I have all the symptoms yet they couldn’t test for it.  My cough is much worse than any flu I’ve ever had, yet I was given flu meds after a negative flu and covid test. Please start giving adult RSV tests. Staff was very kind and efficient with what they had to offer. This is day 14! I have been on meds fro other doctors. Never had flu. Wasted $200 on flu pill recommended by your doctor even though I had a negative flu test. All this is is pulmonary.

Front desk is not very friendly and has no urgency at all. Not great for a worried mother. Clinical staff and nurse practitioners are absolutely amazing. Great care!

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
