I want to thank the terrific staff I met: Kaprice, Ron, De, & Nikki. They were patient and answered my questions concerning a PCR (72 hr.) COVID test vs. an Antigent (24 hr) COVID test. Then they administered the test I chose. I was in & out within 15 mins. I got my results the same night. I went back to the clinic to have them give me a hard copy of my results also. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Absolutely the nicest people you would ever meet! Always pleased! I highly recommend!

I am scared of the dentist and I was very nervous but Karen and Dr.Nuv was very patient and caring and I thank God I had them today or I was about to run straight out the door. But they was soothing and helped me feel comfortable and answered my questions and they checked on me as a person and I appreciate anyone who recognizes me instead of being another number..I am thankful

So I have been dealing with this what I thought was just a cold or flu virus for 3 weeks now. Showed up between 7:05 and 7:10 and they were closed but a staff member who was walking out the door could see I wasn’t feeling very well, so they let me in and saw me on the spot. Turns out I had a sinus infection and was prescribed some antibiotics which helped clear it up. This was my 2nd trip to this urgent care in a year and must say I am thoroughly satisfied. Sometimes we just see negative reviews on places so I felt the need to share how this place went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks doc for making me feel like I mattered. Thanks to the lady for letting me in after they closed (thought they closed at 8).
