I was able to easily schedule an appointment online on the day I needed to see a doctor. I was in and out of the Dr’s office in literally 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away! Twenty four hours later and I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking prompt medical attention, confident that they will leave feeling satisfied and well cared for.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
