Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Scheduling appointment was very easy. Didn't have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Was told how to take medication and was done in 30 minutes. Very clean an efficient place to go to.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
