They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed.
