Very happy with the staff and the doctor was very professional and a huge help

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Literally the best was in and out within 10 minutes big love to the PCC’s MA’s the manager and the provider and the scribe. ❤️

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
