The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy. We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy.
