I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit
