IMO her critical thinking skills were awesome. It was obvious she really cared. I was so lucky to find Atmed. We were from out of town, so we were not sure what we would get. I have been to urgent Care twice, two years apart, for very different reasons. Both times I was seen quickly and treated professionally. The first time I was sent to St. Luke's, where the ER care was also excellent--the second time, the physician in charge definitely saved my life.

I’ve been going to this place for 3 years and they have gone through changes. I always thought the staff was slow at getting back to Walmart pharmacy in Coventry, r.i. But it was the pharmacy if they don’t talk to someone from the doctor’s office they will not give you your refillable pills. I have gone without my pills for a month because of this. I went to Walgreens and had no trouble at all. I love the staff. They are very caring and attentive.

Facility was very clean, and the staff were all very professional while still being warm and attentive. Been here more than once and will keep coming back.

I had positive care myself, but as my wife was waiting for me, she was telling me of a very disheartening experience at your facility. A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil. Don't you think that ReadyMed could get all there information after evaluating the person in dire need This all took place on Wednesday, January 25 2023 at aproximately 11:15 a.m. Makes us wonder how often this happens???

This was the fastest I’ve ever been taken care of and treated at an urgent care. Came in for stomach issues, within two hours I had been seen, had some testing done, and was hooked up to IV. This would’ve taken over 5 hours had I gone anywhere else, compliments to the Nurse who did my IV (I had never gotten one before) she had an amazing personality and made everything seamless and comfortable
