Everything was very well organized and professional. Courteous and polite. Keeping you informed of what is happening.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.
