Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.

Lauren, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and addressed my needs a great asset to Hartford healthcare

I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.

I had a severe case of poison ivy and needed help. The check-in was quick and The staff was very understanding and I am very satisfied with my results.

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
