Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff.  They genuinely care about your wellbeing.  I also like that I could schedule and check in via the online app.  Very convenient!

Please see the review I left on previous screen. Mary was professional, helpful and caring. My physician, whose name I do not know, was very patient centered and wonderful.  Smart.

Making an appointment was very easy over the phone. I explained the reason for my visit, was not advise that Xray technician would not be available. At the appointment day checking in was easy, explained the reason for the visit, was not notified that Xray technician not at the location. Getting an exam in the private room was nice, the care provider started the exam from feet going up to my head- should be the other way around? Then I find out that Xray technician is not available. Doing all the work and finding time - felt like a wasted it all. I could go to a location with a Xray technician to complete my visit and save personal time. I am disappointed.

Visited this location after Teledoc would not help me virtually. Staff was kind and caring and listened to my concerns and I was in and out with a prescription in under 30 minutes.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

My first experience here. Phlebotomist was running the whole show. She was friendly, professional and efficient. The only negative is that I was not able to find the cost for my blood draw anywhere online or posted within the clinic, so I was a bit shocked at the price.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.
