Went to urgent care about an hour before closing and the provider barely took any medical history did not even ask about medications and basically said they couldn’t do anything. Did not even give aftercare instructions I had to ask the frequency of recommendations myself and ask several follow up questions to get an actual discharge plan.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind.
