Making an appointment was very easy over the phone. I explained the reason for my visit, was not advise that Xray technician would not be available. At the appointment day checking in was easy, explained the reason for the visit, was not notified that Xray technician not at the location. Getting an exam in the private room was nice, the care provider started the exam from feet going up to my head- should be the other way around? Then I find out that Xray technician is not available. Doing all the work and finding time - felt like a wasted it all. I could go to a location with a Xray technician to complete my visit and save personal time. I am disappointed.

Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

Renea, Carmen, and Dr. Amy!! I had an pleasant and amazing experience. These 3 ladies were very friendly and helpful with the check in progress and helping me with my injured toe. The wait time a little long, probably because there was only 1 doctor. The Friendliness and Attention to my needs was spot on!! I will recommend and be back if I need urgent care again!

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Chose this urgent care because they have x-rays, had reviews for the speed of care & were less busy than usual, according to Google. The wait time was fairly long (and we scheduled ahead of time); there wasn't anybody there to do x-rays, so I have to return today for x-rays; and the exam of the injured areas was rushed, very limited or non-existent for orthopedic injuries. There were only a few patients there, so they're clearly understaffed. That said, EVERYBODY was fantastic--friendly & professional. The medical staff was knowledgeable. I think the problem boils down to poor staffing decisions.

Went to urgent care about an hour before closing and the provider barely took any medical history did not even ask about medications and basically said they couldn’t do anything. Did not even give aftercare instructions I had to ask the frequency of recommendations myself and ask several follow up questions to get an actual discharge plan.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
