Everytime I go to Immediate Care in Lakeshore. There is never a long wait. Everyone is nice and I am in and out and able to get my prescription and get home to continue to rest. I have referred this place to other people and I will continue to come back when I am and sick

I went to this doctor only to find out that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. They’re the weight was not too bad maybe 30 minutes, but the staff was fabulous. I had to have x-rays done. I had to have shots. I had the doctor she came in and she met with me and she really paid attention to what I was saying And I greatly appreciated that. When I left, I felt like a new person and I’m still going on today. They even stayed almost an hour after their closing time and they had the best friendliest wonderful list attitudes I’ve ever seen. So I just want to say thank you And I will go back there.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
