I received wonderful care. The staff was pleasant and fast care.

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care!  Friendly staff, very caring and considerate of my time.  And a good outcome!  Thank you so much!

We went to the Bonney Lake location, but there was a 3 hour wait. The staff called the Ording location and was able to schedule us. When we arrived at Ording, there was no waiting. They took our information and brought us to the treatment room. This level of service is outstanding.

I thought  scheduling for appointment  would cut the waiting time but still took 2hours of my time.

Staff was very friendly, professional and Tatyana provided exceptional care.

Stabbed and wait time was totally totally totally outstanding and great thank you !!!!!

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

The entire process starting from scheduling to the final part where the doctor gave me a prescription and sent me on my way was so easy. I highly recommend this place and the staff is incredible

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was in a hurry because of several back and infection issues I was worried about. Everybody at Indigo were caring and kind. Jen, the doctor who saw us was so kind and caring and had some x-rays taken of my sternum, which turned out to be broken. They followed up with a call after someone examined the x-ray.  These people. Jen especially were just wonderful to someone like me who had just had an incredibly stressful month . I would certainly recommend them My second visit here was as wonderful as the first time. Not only are they very good, but they are so nice, which means a lot. In the mean Time, I know other folks who have had equally impressive visits here. I recommend them!

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.
